When the modern society tries to neglect their subordinates from the society,the Sinhala, Tamil, Muslim and Catholic students from our university took steps to perform their last respect for two of our fellow students’ fathers from two religions.So with the intention of performing the last step we had a shramadhana campaign at MAL ASNA
RAJAMAHA VIHARAYA,Kaluthara. Students from our university and friends from outside also join with us for this meritorious deed. So we were appreciated by the chief priest and the villagers. We painted the wall around the BO TREE and cleaned the surrounding of the temple. This was a very special day for all of us as we could do the best what we could do for them on behalf of them.
වර්තමාන මිනිසුන් ජාති ආගම් මුල්කරගෙන එකම රටේ තම හිතවතුන්ව සමාජය තුල ගැරහිමට ලක් කරද්දී එ අන්තවාදි අකාල්ප දුරු කරමින් අපේම සරසවියේ සිංහල, දමිල, කතෝලික, මුස්ලිම් මිතුරන් එක්ව අවාසනාවකට ඔවුන් අතරින් වෙන්වු අපේම මුස්ලිම් සහෝදරියගේ පියානණ් හා බෞද්ධ සහෝදරියකගේ පියානණ්ට පින් අනුමෝදන් කිරිමේ අරමුණින් කලුතර ප්‍රදේශයේ රජමහා විහාරයක් වන මල් අස්න රජමහ විහාරයේ 2015.ජුලි.01 දින පැවත් වු ශ්‍රම දානයට අප සරසවියේ අප පන්තියේ සියලුන‍් මෙන‍්ම සරසවියෙන‍් පිටත සිටින මිතුරන‍්ගේ ද සහභාගීත්වයෙන් ඒ පුණ්‍ය කර්මය කිරීමට අපට හැකිවිය .එහිදී විහාරාධිපති වහන්සේගේ හා ගම්වාසින්ගේ විශේෂ පැසසුම් ලබා ගැනීමට අපට හැකි විය .එදින අප කරනු ලැබුවේ විහාර භූමියේ බෝධින් වහන්සේ වටා ඇ‌ති බෝධි ගෙය තීන්ත ආලේප කිරීමත් පන්සල් වත්ත සුද්ද කිරිමත්ය.
මේ දවස අප කාටත් විශේෂ දවසක් වුයේ අපේ එ සොහොයුරියන් දෙදෙනාට අපට කල හැකිව තිබු එකම උපකාරය කිරිමට අපිට හැකි වු නිසයි.
